I cannot recommend Dr. Nikolov enough! If I could, I would give him and his staff 10 stars across the board! He is incredibly talented, kind, thorough! He and his staff made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took their time to walk me through the entire process and even let me come back multiple times because I couldn’t decide on the size I wanted. They were so patient and understanding (especially compared to another surgeon that I saw who hardly spent any time with me). I went in for a breast augmentation mid-March. I was originally a very small A-cup (barely) and I am now a 34B/32C. He was very knowledgeable about the different sizing/shapes/etc. You can tell he is a perfectionist! I am SO glad I went with his recommendation. It has been 3 months and they honestly look and feel perfect! You can hardly see any scarring at all (he did the incision through my nipples and under the muscle because I didn’t have much breast tissue/fat) and they are exactly what I envisioned for myself. I am very petite/athletic so I was very concerned about them “looking fake” but thanks to Dr. Nikolov every day they look more and more natural (truly the gift that keeps on giving) 😀 I fit all of my clothes/bras/swimwear perfectly which has always been the dream. I still get excited everyday when I see them and know that I made the best decision by choosing Dr. Nikolov!

Dr. Nikolov is both a gifted surgeon and artist. He has tremendous experience with traditional surgeries, cutting-edge technologies (often for minimally invasive procedures), and injectables. His mini-tummy tuck with the BodyTite is superb (its no surprise that he trains so many other surgeons on the procedure), as is his Morpheus/FaceTite lower face/neck lift. I have personally benefitted from several of his procedures, including some corrective work from past indiscretions. There is no question that had I wish I had met him sooner! Dr. Nikolov’s manner is quite charming from the moment you meet him through all of your follow-up appointments. There is no Jekyll & Hyde persona after a procedure. He is not a salesman and is rather conservative in his approach. Most importantly, Dr. Nikolov is incredibly honest and straight-forward. As he takes great pride in his work, results are even better than described. Finally, The Nikolov Center’s medical coordinator and nurse, Hope, is a true professional. While she is disarmingly beautiful, warm and thoughtful, she is very transparent about procedures, downtime, and pricing. There are no surprises.

Where do I start….Dr. Nikolov is the best. I had a very difficult situation with health consequences and he worked with my primary physician and the end result was perfection. His ability to listen is without peer; his ability to convey his thoughts and what he can accomplish and the possibilities of what may not happen was also a balm to my nerves. He is also extremely conservative with suggestions, (other plastic surgeons I had consults with suggested a lot of other procedures), Dr. Nikolov suggested after we take care of my emergency to focus on a healthy exercise regime and that he was confident that was all that would be needed. He isn’t just about the “look”…he cared for my personal situation, he and his wonderful office head Hope called me every day after the surgery. I am in better physical shape than ever and my breast are perfect!! I have to boast because the surgery was complicated because of old implants that had ruptured and killing my tissue. please consider including him in your quest for a doctor, see others for consults, and go back to Dr. Nikolov. His entire team is pro, warm, and want the best for their patients. I feel incredible blessed he did my surgery.

Dr. Nikolov and his staff are fantastic. I always felt comfortable with them. Dr. Nikolov is straightforward and honest and never tried to push me or upsell me. In fact, he encouraged a lesser intervention to reach my goals, he tempered my expectations and gave me a clear picture of what the experience would be like.
