We offer saline and silicone implants at The Nikolov Center for Plastic Surgery in Dubai.

Saline breast implants have an empty silicone outer shell and are filled with sterile saline solution through a small incision after they have been placed in your breast pocket. This is a cheaper option, as it can feel a little less natural, depending on your breast tissue. We typically do not recommend saline implants for individuals with slimmer frames, as they can cause rippling through the skin.

Silicone breast implants are prefilled with silicone gel. They have a more natural look and feel, mimicking the movement, feel, and appearance of real breasts with greater accuracy. These breast implants require a larger incision and will cost more. Gummy bear implants are similar to silicone implants and last 10-15 years.

Your chest will be swollen, bruised, and sore, so you will need to take everything slowly and carefully. You should continue wearing the compression garment or surgical bra at all times, except when bathing. Rest on your back to avoid gravity pulling the implants down, and avoid lying on your stomach for the same reason, as well as to prevent the implants from shifting or breaking.
